We ship snack orders anywhere in India. Our goal is to deliver your products safely and promptly. Key points:

  • Coverage & Timeline: We deliver to all Indian states and union territories (except remote or restricted areas). Standard delivery takes about 3–5 business days after dispatch, depending on your location.

  • Order Dispatch: Orders are typically dispatched within 1–2 business days of confirmation (excluding weekends and holidays). Once your order ships, we will email a tracking number.

  • Shipping Charges: Shipping fees, if any, will be calculated at checkout based on weight and destination. Occasionally, we may run promotions with free shipping; such offers will be clearly advertised.

  • Tracking: After dispatch, you will receive tracking details via email. You can track the courier’s website or app for the latest status.

  • Delivery Attempt: Please ensure your delivery address is complete and accurate, including any apartment or unit number. The courier will attempt delivery and may require a signature. If no one is available to receive, they may call or try again. If delivery fails repeatedly, the package may return to us.

  • Address Issues: We cannot be responsible for delays or non-delivery due to incorrect address or inaccessible locations. If you realize an address error before dispatch, email us immediately. If the package is returned due to an invalid address, we can re-ship it to the correct address (additional shipping charges may apply).

  • Shipping Delays: While we strive for on-time delivery, delays can occur due to factors beyond our control (e.g. courier delays, weather, public holidays). We appreciate your patience and will assist in resolving issues with the courier.

  • Lost or Damaged in Transit: If an item is lost or damaged during shipping, please inform us once the shipping carrier’s timeline has passed. We will coordinate with the courier for a claim. If the courier agrees, you will get a replacement or refund as per this policy.

  • Insurance: For high-value orders, the courier may offer insurance at checkout. We recommend opting for it for added protection.

  • Pickup Not Available: All orders must be shipped; we do not offer in-person pickup from our warehouse.
